He joined the Communist Party of China in 1949 and became one of the first industrial workers to develop after the liberation of Anshan.

In December 2023, after the earthquake in Jishishan County, Linxia, Gansu Province, people’s congresses at all levels in Gansu and Qinghai provinces actively participated in the front line of earthquake relief, participated in emergency rescue, relocation and resettlement, and made every effort to protect people’s lives and property.
