However, it cannot violate the laws of education and cannot violate quality education. " In his view, quality education is the sum total of the acquired abilities based on people’s innate endowment and acquired social training.
Regarding how to develop quality education, Wang Chichang said that some formulations of the 2018 National Education Conference are worth savoring, and quality education in the new era should have updated requirements from the perspectives of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. Educational modernization needs rational return.

Online education can’t subvert traditional education. Compared with traditional education with single instruction, online education can better teach students in accordance with their aptitude and has its unique advantages, but it still needs rational evaluation. Xiong Bingqi believes that technology is not everything. If it is not used properly, it will become anti-innovation and anti-education in the name of technology. For example, in some areas, live classes are not approved by teachers and students, some parents of so-called smart classrooms use APP to "monitor" students, and some schools use black technology to monitor students’ expressions.
"Real education should really solve these problems and rationally position online education."
